Substance Abuse Prevention

The Dracut Public Schools is committed to providing information and resources in an ongoing effort to engage in substance abuse prevention. The Substance Abuse Prevention Sub-Committee meets on a regular basis during the school year and is made up of a broad cross-section of staff including both faculty and administration. The sub-committee is charged with developing resources and events within the school system and school community that support substance abuse prevention. The sub-committee recognizes the importance of engaging students, parents and faculty in order to provide a comprehensive and sustained approach to this work.
